The Kyoto International Manga Museum (京都国際マンガミュージアム) is a museum dedicated to manga, or Japanese comics, located in Kyoto, Japan. The museum opened in 2006 and is located in a former elementary school building, which has been renovated and transformed into a modern museum space.
The museum features a collection of over 300,000 manga items, including original manga artwork, manga magazines, and manga-related materials. Visitors to the museum can browse the collection in the library, which has a large selection of manga available for reading, or view exhibitions that showcase different aspects of manga culture.
