One of the most famous attractions in Arashiyama is the bamboo forest, which features a network of pathways that wind through towering bamboo groves. The forest is particularly beautiful in the early morning and late afternoon, when the sun’s rays filter through the bamboo leaves and create a unique atmosphere.

The temple features a beautiful garden that is designed to complement the surrounding natural landscape, with a pond, rock formations, and a variety of plants and trees.

Visitors to Arashiyama can also enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as hiking, cycling, and boating. The Hozu River runs through the district, and visitors can take a boat tour to see the surrounding scenery from the water.

Arashiyama is also known for its traditional culture, and visitors can experience a variety of cultural activities in the district.
