Tenma (天満) is a district located in Kita Ward, Osaka, Japan. It is known for its historic shopping street, Tenjinbashi-suji, which is one of the longest shopping streets in Japan, stretching over 2.6 kilometers.
Tenjinbashi-suji shopping street is a popular destination for both locals and tourists, offering a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and street vendors selling everything from clothing and accessories to food and souvenirs. The street is also home to several historic landmarks, including the Osaka Tenmangu Shrine and the Tenjin Matsuri festival, which is held annually in July and is one of the three largest festivals in Japan.
